Some of Jason Hanold’s recent placements have included Vice Presidents of Talent Acquisition at Freddie Mac and The Coca-Cola Company; the Managing Director of Human Resources at BlackRock, Inc.; Human Resources Business Partners at SAP AG; the Chief Human Resources Officer at Walgreens; and the Director of Manufacturing Human Resources at Harley-Davidson Motor Company.

Many of these placements also contributed to corporate diversity efforts. In 2010, Jason Hanold founded his own global recruitment and executive placement company, Hanold Associates, LLC, which focuses on human resource professionals. Previously, Mr. Hanold spent 15 years as a human resources professional with a number of global companies. He has served as the Americas Director of Leadership Recruiting at Deloitte Consulting; Director of Recruiting for McKinsey & Company, where he was charged with hiring direct-elect partners for the management and consulting firm; Global Director of Talent for Whirlpool Corporation’s Global Talent Management and Acquisition division; and Managing Director & Practice Leader for Russell Reynolds Associates’ Human Resource Officers Practice. He also sat on the Russell Reynolds Board of Directors.

Prior to beginning his career in human resources and recruiting, Jason Hanold obtained a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communications from Illinois State University. He also holds a Master of Science from the Northwestern University School of Communication and an Advanced Management Certificate from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
